Lifetime Access Purchases

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All lifetime access purchases (Developer Plus, Business, and Founder Combo) come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

No Questions Asked - We'll process your refund within 5-7 business days, no explanation required.

After 30 Days

After the 30-day period, lifetime purchases are non-refundable. However, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances.

Monthly Subscriptions

Developer Plus & Business Monthly Plans

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
  • No refunds for partial months - you retain access until the end of your billing period
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • No cancellation fees or penalties

Project-Based Services

Code Reviews

Code review services ($99-$399) are refundable under these conditions:

  • Before work begins: Full refund available
  • Work in progress: Partial refund based on completion percentage
  • After delivery: Refunds considered if deliverables don't meet stated scope
  • Quality issues: Full refund if review doesn't meet our quality standards

Developer Hiring (Escrow Payments)

For projects using our escrow system:

  • Milestone-based releases: Funds released only when you approve each milestone
  • Dispute resolution: We mediate disputes and may issue partial or full refunds
  • Project cancellation: Unused escrow funds returned to you within 5 business days
  • Platform fees: Non-refundable once work begins (8-12% transaction fee)

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Platform transaction fees (8-12%) after project work has started
  • Connects purchased for job applications (unless technical error on our end)
  • Services where work has been completed and accepted
  • Promotional credits or bonuses

How to Request a Refund

Include your order number and reason for refund. We'll respond within 48 hours.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues preventing you from using our platform, contact us immediately. We'll work to resolve the issue or provide a full refund if we cannot fix it.

Disputed Transactions

If you dispute a charge with your bank before contacting us, we may be unable to process a direct refund. Please reach out to us first so we can resolve the issue directly.

Banned Accounts

Accounts banned for violating our Terms of Service forfeit all refund eligibility for subscription services. Escrow funds for active projects will still be refunded based on work completion.
